What’s something you didn’t know/expect about an apprenticeship that has surprised you? I didn’t expect to learn so much so quickly and was very surprised in the trust the company puts in its youth prospects.
What qualities do you think it takes to thrive as an insurance apprentice? You have to be confident and most importantly be willing to learn and work hard.
What advice would you give anyone considering an apprenticeship? I’d highly recommend it for people who are like me and were confused about which route they want to take. An apprenticeship not only furthers your education but puts you in the real world too.
