As the local Foodbank are only open 3 days a week, for limited hours, the drop-off point gives everyone a place that’s open more regularly to drop off donations.
Charlotte Reese, Referencing Administrator at Hazelton Mountford, says: “I will be contributing each month myself and I will also try to get as many people as I can in the office regularly donating but anyone can come in and donate.”
Corporate Social Responsibility is important to the local chartered insurance broker and the firm want to be accountable.
Director, Jake Mountford, confirms: “The foodbank is hugely important for people who struggle to afford or access food and essentials and we are very proud of Charlotte who came up with the idea to become more involved.”
To donate, head to Hazelton Mountford’s offices at 4 Bank Street in Worcester city centre. Opening hours are: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
